The activity is justified based on the demand of qualified professionals for this area of knowledge that has specificities related to associative forms of work and income generation. The aim of the course is to educate professionals with abilities to act in the field of Solidarity Economy. The course admitted a maximum of 20 students and was organized for 560 hours, which include formative and intervention activities through research action, meetings on Saturdays and online practical activities, the duration was four semesters. The course was designed to be free for the community in order to promote the access to qualified continued professional education, with academic excellence, independent from the financial condition that is in general required to participate in activities of this kind.
